Eligibility for Participation

A student will be allowed to participate in campus recruitment if:

• He/She is a regular, full-time enrolled student of RRSIMT.
• Has no disciplinary case pending.
• Meets company-specific eligibility criteria (CGPA, Branch, Backlog rules etc.).
• Registers with Training & Placement Cell within the deadline.
• Has verified resume as per TPC format.

Placement Registration Rules

• Students must register through the Placement Portal/Google Form issued by TPC.
• Resume details must be authentic & verifiable.
• Any false information leads to permanent debarment.

Offer Policy

• Students placed in a lower package company may appear for higher package drives.
• Once a student accepts an offer, withdrawal will not be allowed.
• Multiple job offers may be restricted to ensure equal opportunity for others.

Discipline & Professional Conduct

• Report on time for recruitment process
• Maintain formal dress code, discipline & decorum
• Not leave process midway once registered
• Follow instructions issued by TPO / Faculty Coordinators

Academic & Ethical Obligations

• Students must not indulge in plagiarism, cheating, or misuse of company material
• Must not contact recruiters directly unless permitted
• Must adhere to institutional integrity standards

Academic Performance Criteria

• Eligibility in campus placement drive purely depends on company policy
• Students must clear academic requirements before joining company

Final Authority & Amendments

• The Training & Placement Officer (TPO) reserves full authority regarding placement decisions
• Policy may be updated based on institutional or industry requirements
• Students must comply with all official notifications from TPC
